COVID-19 measures to contain the risk of contagion

From February 1st Italy accepts covid certificates of vaccination if the second dose has been received during the last 6 months or if you are recovered during the past 6 months. In other cases they request the third dose.

If you have a EU Digital Covid Certificate you don't need to present other certificates.

For people from non-EU countries, whose vaccination certificate is not equivalent to the EU Green Pass and has an unidentifiable QR Code, if complying with the information listed in the Memo of the Ministry of Health of September 23, 2021, namely:

- Is completed in Italian, English, French, Spanish or German (if it was not issued in one of the five languages indicated, it must be accompanied by a certified translation);

- Contains the following data:

  • Holder's identification data (name, surname, date of birth);

  • Data relating to the vaccine (name and lot);

  • Date(s) of vaccine administration;

  • Identification data of the subject that issued the certificate (State, Health Authority).

- The vaccination was carried out with one of the following vaccines:

  • Comirnaty (Pfizer-BioNtech);

  • Spikevax (Moderna);

  • Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca);

  • Janssen (Johnson & Johnson);

  • Covishield (Serum Institute of India), produced under license from AstraZeneca;

  • R-CoVI (R-Pharm), manufactured under license from AstraZeneca;

  • Covid-19 vaccine-recombinant (Fiocruz), manufactured under license from AstraZeneca.

The certification will have the same validity as for the COVID-19 Green Certification (EU digital COVID certificate) issued by the Italian State and be recognized as valid by the School, subject to verification of the requirements listed above.

Similarly, according to the same Memo, Recovery Certifications must include at least the following information:

  • Holder's identification data (name, surname, date of birth);

  • Information on the holder's previous SARS-CoV-2 infection, following a positive test (date of the first positive swab);

  • Identification data of the subject that issued the certificate (State, Health Authority).

A certified translation must accompany all Recovery Certifications in paper and/or digital format.

The validity of the recovery certificates is the same as for the COVID-19 Green Certification (EU digital COVID certificate) issued by the Italian State. They will therefore be recognized as valid by the School, subject to verification of the listed requirements.
